Rights and Liabilities
AMRES end users are all persons who are pupils, students, employees or foreign researchers within institutions which are AMRES users. The right to use AMRES services without paying for them (free of charge) is exercised by end users via their institution, in accordance with Founding Act (Serbian version only). Services intended for end users and conditions for using them are specified in the section for end users.
AMRES services may be used exclusively for achieving the goal for which AMRES was founded, and especially for purpose of scientific-research work, education, science and culture. Use of AMRES services must be in accordance with:
- Rule Book of General Rules on Access to and Using of AMRES Services (Serbian version only), within which prohibited behavior (Serbian version only) is especially specified;
- Agreement on use of AMRES services made by and between the institution and AMRES for purpose of obtaining the status of AMRES user;
- Special conditions of use for individual services;
- Current regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
Regarding support and all issues related to use of AMRES services, end users should contact service desk in their institution. Exceptionally, for certain services for which it is explicitly specified, end users should contact AMRES Helpdesk.
