Rights and Liabilities
After gaining the status of AMRES user, legal entity has right to use AMRES services. Services intended for AMRES users are described in detail in the section for institutions. Certain services are available directly to end users, and they are separately specified in the section for end users.
AMRES services can be used exclusively for achieving the aim for which AMRES was founded, and especially for the needs of scientific-research work, education, science and culture. AMRES services must be used in accordance with:
- Rule Book on General Rules on Access to and Using of AMRES Services (Serbian version only), which specifies what is prohibited behavior (Serbian version only);
- Agreement on Conditions of Using AMRES Services made with AMRES in order to gain the status of AMRES user;
- Special agreement that AMRES user makes with AMRES for using certain AMRES services;
- Current regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
End users also have to use AMRES services in accordance with specified conditions of use and it is the obligation of AMRES users is to inform their end users with these conditions.
AMRES user has to appoint persons for contact with AMRES when gaining the status of AMRES user.
